Contact your bank: If none of the above steps work, your bank might have declined the payment. We recommend reaching out to your bank directly to inquire about the reason for the decline.

Will I be charged if my payment is declined?

Rest assured, you won't be charged if your payment is declined. You'll only be charged once you receive an order number, confirming that your transaction was successful.

Pending transactions on your bank statement:

In some cases, your bank may hold the declined amount temporarily. If you notice any pending transactions on your bank statement, don't worry! Please get in touch with your bank to understand when these funds will be released.
